Recommendations for use | |
| Dorus FD 144/2 LS is a composition used with the addition of 5% hardener DORUS P 397, which is slowly added to the glue with constant stirring. To increase the heat resistance of the final product, the amount of hardener can be increased up to 10%. The working temperature of the glue and the processed parts should be at least +18 ° C to achieve optimal bonding quality. Lower temperatures lead to an increase in the viscosity of the adhesive. The adhesive mixture is applied using a special spray gun (nozzle diameter 1.4 - 2 mm). As a rule, the glue is applied to the layer in one layer. On the looser areas opened on the inner and outer radii after drying of the first layer of dispersion, it is necessary to apply the second. To achieve the greatest bonding strength, the parts with the applied glue must be pressed within 8 hours after applying the glue. | |
