Consent to the processing of personal data

1. Data Verification

The User acknowledges that all personal data provided by them is current, complete, and accurate at the time of submission. They undertake to promptly update their data should it change. The User is responsible for providing inaccurate or incomplete data, as well as for any possible consequences associated with this (e.g., inability to receive services or notifications).

2. Awareness and Understanding of the Terms

The User confirms that they have carefully read this Agreement and the terms of processing their personal data set forth herein. They understand the meaning of each clause of the Agreement, their rights, and obligations. The User confirms that they understand what data is being collected, the purposes for which it is being used, who the recipient is, and how it is protected.

3. Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

The User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data." This consent includes the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or modification), use, transfer to third parties as required by Russian law or under a contract (e.g., to fulfill contractual obligations), anonymization, and destruction of personal data.

Processing is carried out both using automated means (computers, software packages) and without them (e.g., manually). With this consent, the User authorizes any actions to be performed with their data. Within the purposes of processing.

4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

6. Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data is processed based on the consent of the personal data subject in accordance with Clause 3, Part 1, Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data." Processing may also be carried out if there are other grounds in accordance with Russian legislation: For example, fulfilling a contract or fulfilling obligations to government agencies.

The User gives their consent voluntarily and knowingly, without any pressure.

7. Perpetuity of Consent and Its Revocation

This consent is valid indefinitely from the moment it is provided by the User. The User has the right to revoke their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time by sending a written request or an email to the email address provided.

Upon revoking consent, the Operator undertakes to cease processing the relevant data within the specified timeframe—no later than 3 business days after receiving the request—unless processing continues on the basis of other legal grounds (e.g., fulfilling contractual obligations).

Revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to its revocation.

8. User Obligations

The User undertakes to:

Provide only accurate information;
Update their information if any changes occur.

9. Liability of the Parties

The Operator is not responsible for the use of the User's information by third parties after it is posted on the website or transferred to third parties at the request of a court or other government agency.

10. Personal Data Protection Measures Data

The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, modification, or distribution—in accordance with the requirements of Russian Federation data protection legislation.

11. Transfer to third parties

The transfer of personal data to third parties is allowed only with the consent of the user or in cases expressly provided for by law (for example: transfer to law enforcement agencies by court decision).

The operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties without the user's consent, except in cases where the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation are met.

12. Changing the terms of the Agreement

The Operator reserves the right to amend this Agreement without prior notice to the user by publishing a new version on the website.

The updated version comes into force from the date of its publication and is valid until it is canceled or replaced by a new version.

The user is obliged to independently monitor changes to the agreement; continuing to use the site after making changes means agreeing to them.

13. Applicable law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes regarding the processing of personal data are resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation through the judicial authorities at the location of the Operator.
