LOCTITE® 5205
LOCTITE® 5205 is a flange sealant based on methacrylate, with medium strength (tensile shear strength of 3 N/mm2), with a semi—elastic characteristic. Designed for use with mechanically machined, durable metal flanges, the product is designed for gaps up to 0.25 mm and polymerizes without air access. It is usually used as a final seal formed in the working position in gearboxes and engine crankcases.
